How Your Clients Book You Online

The ways customers reach your business and book appointments — your booking page, your shareable link, and the Telegram booking app.

The short answer

Once your business is set up and published, Bronjoy gives your customers their own online way to book you — they pick a service, see your real open time slots, choose a time, and confirm, all without calling or messaging you. You don't build anything; Bronjoy creates the booking experience for you. Your job is to set the business up, publish it, and share the link.

There are two ways customers reach you:

Every business gets its own booking page on the web at your Bronjoy address followed by your business handle — for example bronjoy.com/your-handle. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser and book; no app or account is needed to view it.

You don't have to hunt for this address — just ask the assistant ("what's my booking link?") and it will give you your exact URL and tell you whether it's live yet. You can also find it in your dashboard: when your profile is published, a green "Published" badge appears in the top bar — click it to open your live booking page and copy the URL.

Where to put the link so customers use it:

  • Your Instagram / Telegram / Facebook bio ("Book here 👇")
  • Your Google Maps / 2GIS business profile
  • WhatsApp/Telegram replies to booking requests
  • A QR code on the door, the counter, or a business card (generate one from the link)
  • Your website, if you have one

2. The Telegram booking app

Customers can also book inside Telegram through the Bronjoy client booking Mini App at t.me/bronjoy_dev_bot. If you share a business-specific Telegram link, it opens straight into your booking flow. This is the most popular option for many customers because it lives right inside the chat they already use, and they get their confirmation and reminders in Telegram too.

Note: the Telegram booking app for customers is separate from the business assistant bot (that one is for you, the owner/staff).

Before customers can book: you must be "live"

If your booking page is empty or not reachable, it's almost always because the business isn't fully set up and published yet. To go live you need, at minimum:

  1. A branch (location) — where you operate
  2. At least one service — what customers can book, with a price and duration
  3. A working schedule — your hours, so the page can show open slots
  4. A published profile — flip your profile to published so the page goes public

Until the profile is published, the booking page won't be public and there's no link to share. If any of these are missing, set them up first — then the "Published" badge (and your shareable link) appears.

What happens after a customer books

The appointment lands in your Bronjoy calendar automatically, and both you and the customer get a confirmation (and reminders). You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel from your dashboard or by asking the assistant.
