Setting Up Your Business for the First Time
Setup order
To start taking online bookings, set things up in this order. The assistant can do most of these steps for you — just ask.
- Add a branch (location). This is where you work. A business needs at least one branch before customers can book. Tell the assistant the name and address.
- Add your services. Each service needs a name, a price, and how long it takes (duration). These are exactly what customers see and choose on your booking page, so add the real ones (e.g. "Men's haircut — 30 min — 50,000").
- Set your working schedule. Define your weekly hours (e.g. Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00) and any days off. The booking page turns these hours into the open time slots customers can pick. No schedule means no bookable slots.
- Add staff (if you have a team). Add each team member and which services they provide, so customers can book the right person. Skip this if you work solo.
- Publish your profile. Fill in your business profile (name, description, photos) and switch it to published. This makes your booking page public and gives you a shareable link.
After setup
Once published, share your booking page link so customers can book — see How Your Clients Book You Online. From then on, new bookings appear in your calendar automatically and you manage them from the dashboard or by asking the assistant.
Tip
If something on your booking page looks wrong or empty (no services, no available times), it's almost always one of the steps above missing — usually services or schedule, or the profile not being published yet.
