Payment Webhooks

Overview

Bronjoy processes payments on your behalf (see Stripe), so you never configure a webhook yourself — this page just explains what happens behind the scenes between a client paying and their appointment being confirmed.

What happens when a payment completes

1. The payment provider notifies Bronjoy that the checkout succeeded, expired, or was refunded
2. The transaction record is updated to Completed, Cancelled, or Refunded
3. If the appointment was pending payment, it's automatically confirmed
4. The client and staff receive their confirmation/cancellation notifications

This all happens within a second or two of the client completing checkout — no polling required. Track the result from your side via transactions or the appointment's status.

Providers

All amounts for Click and Payme are handled in UZS; Stripe amounts follow the currency configured on the transaction.
